The website and Blog

I have made some changes around here!  I am getting pretty close to having a flash-free site.  For you, this means that no matter what device you are on, the website is fully accessible and readable.  For me, I like the move away from flash (except the Flash CS5 in my Adobe suite is slowly becoming useless). The web design services I offer going forward will be more and more flash-free.  I do believe the future is calling and Flash websites are going down in History as really a "90's thing".

I make most of my web changes on my iMac.  This is mostly because of a little program from Macrabbit called CSS Edit.  It is the most fabulous CSS editor I have ever seen.  It is truly amazing.  It allows you to "try" css changes before you commit to them in a preview window. It will also clean up css code – making it easier to read.

The other little program I cannot live without is Transmit.  Made by Panic software, it is simply the most intuitive FTP software ever made, period.  It is my other must-have.  It's totally solid – and can be used on secure web servers (nice for e-commerce web designing.)
